I was having breakfast with my mother and we sat inside to eat. I realized my pancakes were not done in the middle. I was kind about it and brought it to their attention. They were super sweet about it and even replaced my entire meal!
Me and my husband went to get dinner around 8pm and I ordered a cinnamon roll with my food. When I got home, my cinnamon roll had a date and time of when it went bad and they wrote over the date for the next day since it had expired an hour earlier of us getting it. Little disappointed they didn't just say they didn't have any. Other than that, food was good.
Food was very good. Staff was friendly. When we first got the help was a bit scarce. Maybe a change in shift. When we left the seemed to be over run with help. The poor woman that took our order seemed to be overwelmed. She needed to be on 4 places at a time and couldn't.
Terrible service...cold food...didnt even get food for the rest of my party...was there for over a hour before my table of 4 received food...and it was old and cold...server didnt greet anyone ...threw the tray down and when my brother didnt receive his food ...offered no apology...literally the worst experience weve all ever had at one
It's whataburger... if you've been to one, you know the food. Easier to get in and out of through back driveway. Very busy at lunch. Popular drive through. Popular with school age crowd and adults alike.
