Great service. Lively, colorful location. Good tasting Tex Mex and Mexican food. I had the beef enchiladas, chimichanga and guacamole. All great, as were the beans. I'd go back.
Food is usually pretty good at this location. Portions sizes are somewhat smaller than other Posados in Tyler. About a year ago they changed the recipe for the ground beef from what was excellent to pretty good. Ground beef is a little bland now. If you order the special $6.99 pick two you need to watch your bill or you might get charged regular price for pick two not the $6.99 special price. It happened to me.
Family friendly good value good for small group celebrations. The food is fresh and the portions are generous. It is not a quiet place but you can carry on conversations without yelling. It does get busy at supper time but wait times are usually reasonable
I was not very happy with my visit. The prices have gone up too much and the food is losing its good quality. I ordered 1 luncheon chicken fajita special and water. I finally got 1 beef fajita and a coke. I was out of time so just had to eat what they brought and go. How hard is it to get one lunch order correct??? Not a happy person!
Zero stars for me. I quit eating in Posados about 10 years ago when it was very apparent that they were using cheap ingredients cheap food minimum amount of cheese or preformed cheeses instead of the real thing. Thought I might give him a try yesterday because it was convenient. The food was terrible nothing about it was good and I paid $13 hours for a Coke and a luncheon size quesadilla no sour cream no guacamole comes with it being through tasteless rice with over-salted and old chicken me with all dark meat or I'm not even sure it was chicken. They are missing the boat
