Great place to stay.
Good place to live if you're wanting a cheap place to live month-to-month. Not an upscale RV Park, no swimming pool.
Owner Ted is a great guy & very accommodating.
This place is a sketchy dump. The clubhouse is a locked storage unit, the pool probably hasn't been working in 20+ years, they don't supply toilet paper in the bathrooms, I would never use the showers, the park is filled with junk and clutter, and the owner was completely rude. I will never come here again.
Very nice little rv park. Nothing fancy but the people there were very helpful. One of the few parks with trees at the sites. Good power/water/sewer, pretty nice bath house, washer/dryer available. WIFI available.
