From the owner to all workers, they are always professional with a smile and put customers needs and wants first. Even to the point of surprising me one day at work with fresh flowers as a sign of appreciation. If we need a gift not only do they have flowers but a great gift shop with trendy items at a great price. I ordered a vase of fresh cut flower and got a little vase I guess you call it a vase of dead flower. I could have bought this for less than $ 2.oo at an pave. Am totally unhappy with this place and will never order here again!!!!!!!
